I see our contemporary world full of interconnected texts. Of course, their interconnectedness depends on us not only seeing the connections but letting others know what those connections are and how they matter to us. Text talk does just that by focusing on key books, reflecting on particular texts and linking texts to each other.
In Talk about Texts I comment on a text that I have found notable and why I have found it to be notable.
In Legacy Texts, I comment on texts that I believe have been changed or have the potential to change how we think about literacy.
In Some of My Past Talks, I present a couple of podcasts of theoretical talks I have given about literacy assessment.

The Zen of C.V. Preparation offers a narrated PowerPoint of a workshop I did for graduate students on how to prepare an academic curriculum vitae.

Reading Samples offers a number of oral readings of a text and the retelling of that text.
